Usage of "should have not gone"

"I didn't do well on the test. I should have not gone to the movies yesterday."

Is the sentence okay to use and I have learned that should / would / could have pp is a kind of Conditionals and then can I also say,"

""I didn't do well on the test. If I had known the test were so hard, I should have not gone to the movies yesterday."

Or can you imagine any good sentences with if clause?

Thank you so much as always and have a good day.

Thank you so much and is there a meaning difference between go for the movies and go to the movies?

I think we use go to for the place, and go for is used for the purpose for our visit.

I go to the football stadium every Friday. I go for football practice every Friday.

It's much more natural to place the 'not' right after the modal verb. I'm loath to call 'should have not' incorrect, but it really sounds awkward to me.

I didn't do well on the test. I should not have gone to the movies yesterday.

In casual conversation should not would normally be shortened to shouldn't.

You need 'would not' in

"I should have studied harder."

Thank you so much and the sentence is okay to use, right? And I think that some sentences like If I had wanted to get better scores can be omitted although we do not have to think of it all the time. If we had to do it, the sentence or other sentences maybe were natural to be put in the should have p.p sentence, right?
