Usage of "not even"

Hi All,

Could any of you tell me the usage of "not even" in all the three tenses (present, past and future) with some examples?

Yes, you are absolutely correct. I was looking for something else. And I'd like to use this in speaking.
Please see the following and do correct if required:

1. I not even know this fact.
2. I not even saw him.
3. I will not even talk to him.

Please suggest me some good usages.

Your use is basically OK, Sarvan-- but they are not a use of 'not even' as a phrase; they are a use of 'even' in negative sentences. The sentences as a whole need some restructuring:

1. I don't (do not) even know this fact.
2. I didn't (did not) even saw him.
3. I won't (will not) even talk to him.
