Usage of quotation marks무

Can't I use quotation marks here?

ex) There is no more important thing than "being myself".

The sentence should be written without the quotation marks in formal writing style? Or when do you native English speakers use quotation marks?

Thank you so much and take good care all the time.

The phrase does not call for quotation marks, since it is not being used in any unusual sense. It has nothing to do with formality. Quotation marks are used for newly coined words, foreign words, and words used in an unusual or unexpected sense.
