Usage of present perfect and present perfect continuous

Hi,

I would like to ask about the usage of present perfect and present perfect continous.

I have read some of the past forum posts and came to a conclusion that:

1) Present perfect: Recently concluded activity

For example: I have visited the orphanage in China.

2) Present perfect continous: Something that has happened in the past and continue to now

For example: I have been visiting the orphange in China for the last 2 years.
