Usage of present participle and relative clause

For the following sentenses:

"The university comprizes 4 schools offering a lot of courses."

"The university comprizes 4 schools, offering a lot of courses."

"The university comprizes 4 schools which offer a lot of courses."

"The university comprizes 4 schools, which offer a lot of courses."

Are they the same in meaning? To which noun "offer" refer to? What's the different of adding the coma?

And for the following sentense:

"To demonstrate a chemical reaction, which is an acid-base neutralization."

"To demonstrate a chemical reaction which is an acid-base neutralization."

"To demonstrate a chemical reaction, an acid-base neutralization."

Which one should be grammatically correct?
