Usage of 'over'

He snored over the movie.

1. Is this sentence acceptable under some utterance situation? Or, is it just wrong under any circumstance?

2. Compared to "he snored during the movie," what are the differences between them? Actually, it is very difficult for me to understand the difference between 'over' and 'during' in this sentence. I hope you will give me your explantions or just your opinions(or feelings). Every tip will help me. Thank you.
