Usage of Only.

I want to know about the usage "You only said."

Is it a correct usage? Whether it can be used as the answer of the question, who said? or Did I tell you?

Someone might say it in a very casual conversation. An "educated" person would not.

I'd consider it an unfinished sentence, in which the speaker assumes the listener knows what is meant.
