Usage of one, another, the others

I have learned that usage of one, another, the others and the I was wondering if just 'you and the others' is a possible expression like I respect you and the others, which means everyone including you or to use 'the others', there should be one or one and another before it?

And everyone including you can be interchangeable with all of the people including you?

What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as usual in advance.
