Usage of “it’s not like”

[it’s not like she could know her boyfriend would propose to her at that time.]


In that sentence, did she know that her boyfriend would propose to her? does that sentence means “it doesn’t seem like she could know her boyfriend would propose to her” or it depends on the context? the usage of “it’s not like” is so confusing cuz English is not my first language:/ I’ll wait for your helps, thanks!
