Usage of "Have" meaning "to Possess"

Hi Dear Friends,

I have a question regarding the usage of the verb "have" meaning possess.

I wanted to know if the following sentences are correct, wrong, ungrammatical, not natural, accepted but not common, etc, or what ?!?!?

It's really bothering me these days, because I have seen some people use them; but I myself believe that they are very incorrect grammatically. Please enlighten me with your helpful comments.

1- I haven't any cars. (= I dont have any cars.)
2- Have you some money to lend me? (= Do you have any money to lend me?)

3- He hasn't a single idea about it. (= He doesn't have . . . )

Thank you very much.

The first sentences are all correct, but are not commonly said. The sentences in brackets are the common ones used to express those meanings.
