Usage of HAVE..

Hi,

Would someone please help the usage of the verb Have in this : <I have this handled>. I understand this other similar expression, "I got it handled." but not this with "have". Does it happen to mean that it has been handled by me or someone else and is in the state of being handled now?

Thanks so much in advance. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks..

It is the same as 'I've got this handled'. There is no indication as to who is actually doing the handling.
