Usage of 'have had'

I heard this on Luke's podcast :"How many high profile stammerers have we had in U.K since king George 6 died in 1952?" In this, there are two past perfects which got me confused about 1.how to use them twice in a sentence and 2.what are such sentence having two perfect forms called? Could someone please clarify?

Thanks.

Actually, there is no past perfect verb form in the sentence.

'We have had' is present perfect of the main verb 'have'.
'Died' is simple past.

Thanks for answering, park sang joon and Mister micawber. I am still confused, are you saying that 'have' is the present perfect for 'had'?

No, I said that 'have had' is the present perfect for 'have'. ('Have' = possess).

have -- auxiliary verb (It has no real meaning, but it makes the sentence grammatical.)
had -- main verb (the past participle of "have")
