Usage of good night .

I wanna just ask about the usage of goodnight I know it's an expression for bedtime , but I have a situation if someone is gonna sleep in the afternoon or in the morning , is it ok to say gdnight ? Or if there is another expression please tell me .

Please use standard English ('want to' and 'going to' - not wanna and gonna ). You could say 'Sleep well' during the day. Rover

Please use standard English ('want to' and 'going to' - not wanna and gonna).

You could say 'Sleep well' during the day.

You could say "Have a good sleep." Sometimes in a joking way we might say "Good night," even it is during the day.
