Usage of fraught?

I want to know the usage of 'fraught with'

It means sth that is full of problems/difficulties

But I'm not sure which nouns can come after it?

Here are the phrases I want to know whether it is correct.

War victims fraught with terror and insecurity.
Adolescence fraught with bitter memories

Fraught with tension
Fraught with controversies

Brain cells fraught with malignant tumors
Internet chatting fraught with malicious personalities(by the way, is the usage of 'malicious personalities' correct? Does it mean bad people?)

The refugee camps fraught with (the hungry) or (hunger) (which one should come?) and diseases

Thank you in advance!
