Usage of "For" or "With" in a question

Hello,

I want to post a question on my college forum regarding an event named "IC-12" which is for Computer Science undergrads.

I want to know from them the long term plan with the event.

Which is the right way to ask the question and for future use how do I know which is the right way.

  • What is the long term plan for IC-12?
