Usage of "either"

Greetings.

I'd really like to know if we can use "either" in the following case: let's assume that I have three or more correct options or examples. Could I say that I can use "either of them"? Or "either" can only refer to situations where we have no more than two options to choose from?

Thanks.

Hi, 'Either' relates to two. eg I don't like either of these two sweaters, eg I don't like any of these three sweaters. Clive
