Usage of do and does

Can somebody help me where to use 'do' and 'does'. Sometimes I get confused.

In simple present the verb undergoes a change when the subject is he, she and it. (Be verb is an exception.)

So in line with that rule it is 'do' with I, you, we, and they and does with he, she and it.
