usage of could

hi,

The situation is , a man has been a part of a task , after one month
he wants to leave , at this moment his head say.

1) i don't think that u could let an opportunity like that pass by.

2) i don't think u can let an opportunity like this pass by.

3) i don't think u could let an opportunity like this pass by.

please tel me
are these sentences correct
, what is the difference
and is there any other mistake or any good way of saying it?
