You need to capitalize the first word, and I believe "Alzhiemer's" should also be capitalized.
I'm also quite sure we use the possessive here, where the disease is named for a person.

Something like "Down Syndrome" is capitalized, but would not use the possessive.
(I don't know if "Down" is a guy.) Edit. Ah, yes. Dr. John Langdon Down (He probably didn't have it!)

Where there's an "s" at the end of the name, you generally need the apostrophe - unless it's "Jones disease," and then you have to look it up.

Edit. I realize this is not your question, but I notice that on the web, it's about 50 - 50 for capitalizing "disease," while "Syndrome" is consistently capitalized (in these two-word names).

It's fine to drop the "Disease" from "Alzhiemer's", in casual usage, BTW.

The use of soon at the end is somewhat anomalous, and you need capital letters, an apostrophe, and a comma. And Alzheimer's is spelled wrong.

If you watch this movie, you [can / could] get Alzheimer's.
You can get Alzheimer's (by) watching this movie.

You will get Alzheimer's soon after watching this movie.

The possessive form is not used in Medical documents. The following are the examples towards additional information only. Please have a glance.

The patient is suffering from Parkinson disease.

Reason: Do not use possessive form (Parkinson’s) in Medical documents. Only use only non-possessive form (Parkinson).

Also, follow the examples:

Alzheimer disease - not Alzheimer’s disease

Foley catheter - not Foley’s catheter

Gram stain - not Gram’s stain

Down syndrome - not Down’s syndrome

For Alzheimer, I get about 11 million hits without the "s," and only 6 million with it! [Y] (about 2 to 1)
