Usage of conditinals

"If I were you, I would do that."
"If I had had a lot of money, I would have bought the car."

I know well about how to use conditionals, thanks to great helps from great people here and I was wondering if those kinds of sentences might sound cynical or sarcastic by any chance? I think that it is also possible in some context. What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as always and have a good day.

Without context, they do not have any cynical or sarcastic implications. However, in spoken English, the tone of voice may indicate such.
