Usage of 'as' and 'in which'

Q1.
I would like to know clear explanation about an usage of 'as' in this case compare with using 'to be of'

A) Decent is used to describe something which is considered to be of an acceptable standard or quality.

B) Decent is used to describe something which is considered as an acceptable standard or quality. : Is this sentence wrong?

Q2.
I don't get clearly "in which" way I need to use 'in which' in English. Are there certain purpose to use 'in' in before 'which' ?

A message of condolence is a message in which you express your sympathy for someone because one of their friends or relatives has died recently.
