Usage of "and so on" with "such as"

Hello teachers,

I have an urgent query. I request you to reply to it as soon as possible. Many many thanks in advance.

Which of the following sentences is perfectly correct gramatically?

You can carry out many activities during the tour, such as trekking, yatching, fishing, and so on.

OR

You can carry out many activities during the tour, such as trekking, yatching, and fishing.

OR

You can carry out many activities during the tour such as trekking, yatching, and fishing.

I would also request you to give the logic behind the answer.

Generally, if you have already said "such as" you don't need "and so on." Either one says that the list is not complete. Both makes it redundant.

I always put a comma before "such as" -- it may be acceptable to omit it, but as a matter of style, I prefer it.

I don't like "carry out" in the sentences. Participate in, engage in, enjoy are all better choices to my ears.

As Barbara said earlier, after 'such as', 'and so on' should be omitted.

before you quote, please make sure your quotation is correct. That's not my "statement". Mine was in blue at the bottom if you read it carefully.
I colors didn't come out as I had hightlighted it. In fact, I try not to use "so on " if I can avoid it.
