Usage of "and"
I found the following sentence on a Youtube video. However, I cannot understand the why they have used "and" in the sentence. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know what is the reason that they have used "and". In addition, what would have happened if they've removed "and"; would the meaning have changed?
