Usage of 'all'

Hello, teachers. I have been thankful for your help all the time. Thank you again and I would like to ask a question about 'all' again. Have you ever seen and used the word, "all" like this?

"People all are going to come here."

I know that 'all of the people' and 'all people' and 'they / them all' are possible but I have never seen 'all' is written behind general nouns like that. What do you think? Thank you so much as usual.
