Usage of 'a little'

I'm a little hungry./ I'm hungry a little.( I'm not hungry a lot)

She is a little beautiful./ She is beautiful a little. ( She is not beautiful a lot)

Please let me know which is the correct way of saying in the either pair. The meaning I want to convey is given in the bracket.

"I'm a little hungry" is correct.

"She is a little beautiful" doesn't work well, probably because "beautiful" only has positive degrees (e.g. you can be "very beautiful" but hardly "slightly beautiful").
