Essay & Composition Writing

Usage help, please :'(

I have a couple of questions:

1. "I am currently a full-time employee in our Boston facility." Should it be 'full time' or 'full-time' (hyphenated?) Also, should it read 'in our Boston facility?' or 'at our Boston facility?'

2. "I recognize the importance of well-trained and productive workforce." Should it be 'well trained' or 'well-trained' (hyphhenated?) Also, is it 'workforce?' or 'work force?' (one word or two?)

Can someone write these two sentences to be grammatically correct? I greatly appreciate it.

Hi, 1) The trend is NOT use hyphens. I prefer the "at". 2) Same comment on hyphens.
