Usage and meaning of exercise and practice

"Have you done your piano exercise / practice yet?"
English grammar exercise / practice

Are the two words interchangeable for the same meaning in the cases and then when are they different in usage and meaning? Could you elaborate on the two words, if you do not mind?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.

Thank you so much and could you give me any examples using "English grammar practice and exercise" like the piano example? How can I use the two words correctly with subjects like English, math, etc?

Grammar textbooks usually offer exercises for the student to use to practice a grammatical concept. The same occurs in mathematics textbooks, where the student is asked to solve problems.
