Urgently need your help in starwatch DLT PRO I tm program

First of all I would like to say it's from my great pleasure to join this form with all of you and I hope to meet your kind welcome .



to all administrative employees who are using ( starwatch DLT PRO I mt program ) I need a help to deal with this issue, I’m responsible to prepare the daily attendance report , everyday I face a big problem which I can't get all details for all staff, to be more clear for example we have to finger scanner one in the management building & the second in the store & workshop, when I try to create the details I got only port no. 1 ( management details ) and if I tried to great port 2 details ( workshop & store ) it show me that ( failed in port 2 ) ! sometimes when I face this problem I have to follow the following instruction ( view --> communication status --> communication restart ) but it's not working!



what should I do in this case??
