Urgently help me please

I have two questions.

Please tell me whether these sentences in passive voice, I think that they are.

1. Impeachment is generally used where a hight official cannot be removed from office by other means.

2. Thus, as we see, no US president in over 230 years of existence of the republic, has actually been removed from office.

3. Coming closer to home, we already know that no President has yet been impeached.

4. He was finally dethroned by army.

5, The president was removed from office by him.


please tell me also the meaning of sequence markers, I have to write a paragraph on a dialogue but they tell me to use appropriate sequence markers, what are they ?
Are they "then", "afterwards" etc
