Hello Flyn,
I am Roger works for a SAP reseller. I am into inside sales to generate net new opportunities for my company. If I talk about my calling statistics, I make 70 calls per and in which I manage to get 10-15 conversation with prospects. I am a hard worker and I do my work diligently, despite the fact I am unable to benchmark my performance as per the requirement. I have very less experience of inside sales as earlier I was working with an insurance company. I am getting very depressed and disheartened; on the contrary my office mate who joined 2 months after my joining is performing immaculately. I am fail to understand what should I do to raise my performance as it is getting a matter embarrassment for me and my job is also at stake. Please help me and guide me to cope with this situation. I would be highly obliged.
