"URGENT"Appreciate if you could help me to correct my grammar and formality in this letter

Madam

I Miss abc want to state that I accept my mistakes n apologies for those doings. Now because of number of jobs I have been allotted like batch attendance & maintenance (max. 30mins), weekly batch follow-up (which I never missed for even a single week), test follow-up (done on very next day), ACST follow-up (as per the test dates) & even after completing all my jobs lots of free time remains in my hand which somehow puts me in to the frame of sitting ideal.
I also want you to know that the scope of counseling is nil. Previously the Counseling forms used to be updated by me but due to recent developments in company rules that scope is also gone as now the councilor himself/herself fills up the ERP & LMS & forward it to the Cash department.
I also want to let you know regarding an incident, which happened recently where I blamed directly. Usually I use official mobile phone for making official calls. On certain day after completing my follow-up I had been blamed for making calls intentionally from colleague’s personal SIM Card which was inserted previously in the same phone about which I was totally unaware & was not informed of the changed settings done by her & moreover it is not at all my concern to keep a check in the official phone for personal SIM card settings.
In another incident I asked for the misplaced ID-Cards which I had alphabetically arranged & kept in my drawer for distribution on next day & this matter forcefully turned out in a small argument until I found out that the ID-Cards were taken for some official work but were not kept back in place & did not informed me as well.
I assure you that this will not happen again & it will be helpful to me if you please advise me how to spread my limited amount of jobs to fill up my whole working day & keep myself busy & away from unnecessary arguments considering the incidents like as mentioned above.

Thanking u
