What is "new remodeled" kitchen?

I saw "rent or lease" on classified ad about houses. What does "rent or lease" mean?

I think they meant to say a "newly remodeled kitchen." That means that the original kitchen has been rebuilt, brought up to date or improved in some way.
Rent or lease--rent is usually for a shorter period of time (say, month to month). A lease is usually long term (say, a year or two years).

Just my two cents on the subject...
A newly remodeled kitchen only suggests certain renovating work has been done, not neccessarily moving the walls or completely demolishing everything in the kitchen. What is certain though is that, some or perhaps all of the following to are done: Resurfacing or installing new cabinets, putting a new coat of paint in the kitchen, replacing the old fo
