I have an urgent question please.

what do tou call a table cover or a table cloth when it`s used only for one time and throw it away and it is placed in the floor rather than a table?

As a table covering, it's a disposable table cloth. As a smaller floor covering, it's a disposable mat. But I'm not sure what you really mean.

But I'm not sure what you really mean. Is this something very large that you put down on the floor while you're painting a room? I believe those are called dropcloths.
