Urgent! Please help with letter asking for information

I am developing a web site for my division. I would like to send an email to the managers requesting them to provide a contact person from each team to work with me on the content for the site. I like to start off by introducing myself then requesting contact names. Please advise on how I can begin to write such email. Thank you sooooo much.
