00Attached please find our initial proposal for the mentioned project. But I am not sure would it be workable now. Snice we lunched a similar class type from Nov last year. The classes are xxx and xxx training. But only a few applications have been received (30 pax for 5 lessons) and only 3 applications are received in Jan. In fact, besides of the previous mentioned problem, I still have the following concerns:02br

001. Venue - Enrolling the course by individully is expected more than company. Therefore, evening class would be more appropriate. However, our training centre is not good enough to conduct evening classes. We should rent a training room with PC facilities from outside. The rental fee for a room with PC is much expensive than a normal classroom and room charges for evening class also higher than daytime around 20% or more as well as tightening booking schedule.02br

002. Recongintion - In order to increase the demand for the course, to gain a common reconginition is very important. However, lack of marketing promotional investment it could be very difficult to do so. 02br

003. Distinguish with our normal attendence Cert. - As we will issue the certificate using the same letter head paper as our normal class. Be honest, it could not be a very good selling point. 02br
