Urgent !! Please help me to edit it. thx.
I want to let my Team know that some of us will move to their new seat according to the revised seating plan by our boss, so can I write something as follows;
“Team,
As everyone can see that some of us have been sitting so apart from other teammates, in order to change that now we have a new seating plan as attached. Our moving has been scheduled for next Monday, from 9:30am to 11:30am. Please be noted that IT guy will come up to help you with your PC and telephone connections. All you need to do is to put all your stuff into your moving box provided by Admin and drag your cabinet to the new desk.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Hope you will like your new desk and your neighbors…”
