could anybody please explain to me the meaning of this sentece: "What do you feel is the most important aspect an employee should practice of a Fine Dining Restaurant?"

Hi Mon,
The sentence looks pretty strange, but I'm guessing it was intended to mean;
"What do you think is the most important aspect of behaviour that an employee of a fine restaurant should exercise?'

Basically it just means 'How should an employee of a fine restaurant behave'
