urgent need helping to edit my application letter for secondary one
Hi, everybody,
i'm a mother of a P.6 student who will be promoted to secondary one to a school which is not of my will, so i decided to apply another school for her. As mother, i do hope my daughter can receive better education it is very important for her future, i will greatly appreciate if anyone kind enough to edit my application letter .
the following is my draft :

Dear Principal,
The principle and ideal of teaching in your school have so deeply impressed me that I would like to apply for admission of secondary one for my daughter to your school in the coming academic year.
Her name is XXX, she graduated primary six in XXX school . Her English foundation is good so she is suitable to accept English as media for teaching and her personality is active and creative so that she can be taught by flexible methods used in your school. I believe it will help her future development under the excellent cultivation of your school which is so important.
I hope she can be granted an interview and admitted as a student in you school. Enclosed please find her transcripts from P.5 to P.6 along with other necessary documents. Any further information will be supplied if required.
I understand it is too late to apply that your enrolment quota were fully occupied already , but I hope she can be filled in the vacancy at anytime if available.
