(URGENT) Motivation Letter
hello my name is ifa, and this is my motivation letter. i want to apply for an exchange, so i write down the motivation letter, please check it for me

Dear Sir or Madam of Student Exchange Programme Selection Committee,
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ifa, call me X for short. Now, i am studying in the 6Th semester in Y as the major. Besides studying, i like dancing especially java traditional dance, and also joining some organization in campus to improve my soft skills that i couldn’t get it from class. As I decided to take major in Y, i know that i can easily talk to others, even-though strange person. Based on my track record when joining neither organization nor the comitee, sometimes i can be quite dominant. I am a good leader, good planner, open minded, eager to learn new things, and also like to trying new experience.
Truthfully, this is the first time for me to apply student exchange programme. Being an exchange has become a great concern of mine. The first thing when i think about an exchange is to go out from my ‘comfort-zone’. Based on my experience in organization and joining committe, that’s enough for me to contribute in campus organization, and i think it’s time for me to improve my own knowledge and enrich my ways of seeing things from different perspective. Actually, i’m very excited about this programme, i can’t wait to have such a great experience such as meet new friends, share each other cultures, try to survive in other countries, and also open my horizon in the chosen countries that have good community pharmacies. I am looking for the experience in community pharmacies around the world, because i know when i am in community pharmacies, i can get not only pharmacies knowledge, but also other soft skill like how to communicate and deliver information to the customer (patient).
For your additional info, I will be available for a four weeks until 1 or 2 months in June until August.
In conclusion, i hope that i could join this programme because as i said before, i’m very excited for this student exchange programme. Thank you.
