URGENT : Letter of Motivation for Designer/Art Director

Hi everyone

i want to write a LOM for a postion as a Art Director.
Reading some of the LOM in this forum makes me feel that mine is too short.

Does anyone got a example LOM in the media field that I can compare with.

need to send the application soon...so I hope anyone can help me
