Good Morning Experts:
I need to write a letter to inform people about a new training, but we will like to have the branch managers to establish the date that will suit their availability due to their activities/operations. and inform us about their date selected and time.
Pleasant Good Morning Branch Managers:
On behalf of the company. we would be conducting a sales officer Training for all the officers, & supervisor of your branch in the Month of August. The purpose the this training is to identify the strengths & weaknesses of a sales officer, and other topics will also be discussed during the training. The duration of the training is scheduled tentatively for one hour, to one and a half hour.
As such we would like you as the branch manager to schedule a date that must suit your staff & daily operation; Options: on Tuesday or Thursday.
So, please respond this mail with the date when you would like us to carry-out such training.
