Urgent help with letter

I'm running short on time and I'm not so sure this motivation letter is good yet. Can someone please help me review it?

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to apply to the International Business Management (MBA) program at ********* during the 2012 winter term. After living, studying and working in Costa Rica for 14 years, I am ready to explore new learning opportunities. Having reviewed several post graduate programs, I am confident that **** Business School has an excellent MBA program and that it best meets my personal and professional aspirations.

I have been working for the same company since 1998. In January 2000, I had my first international leadership experience when the company relocated me to the Isle of Man in the UK, to train a group of multinational employees for the European division. Since then, I have worked in various management positions within the company, leading groups of 5 to 100 employees. Networking with other company professionals has given me a better understanding of my abilities and the career I want to pursue. I have developed a genuine interest for business administration and people management and I strongly believe that enrolling at **** Business School, would provide me with additional set of skills that would help me establish a business consulting firm.

Obtaining a Master’s Degree in Germany and having the opportunity to learn a new language is important to me. In exchange, I will bring a positive attitude and a desire to contribute with my work ethics to the institution’s study program, while sharing back with those I meet, the Costa Rican culture.

Thank you for your time and your consideration. I look forward to joining **** Business School; I am confident that my dedication and discipline alongside with my professional and educational backgrounds, will be valuable to your program’s international focus.

Sincerely,
