Urgent help! please:) i need your help very much!!

Hi!

Is it true that 'few' and 'little' mean the same more or less and few is used with countable nouns and little is used with uncountables? Please tell me about the usage of these words!!

can we say that "There were some water on the floor." ??

I'm in need of help!
