Urgent grammer checking

Completion of condensation defect

Referring to joint site inspection held on early of October 2005 amongst Mr. YUNG of ABC and us, we would like to report that all the condensation pipes at the fabric area, level 9 were rectified and completed to the satisfaction of ABC.

I think you can drop the 'of' right in front of 'october' : '...held on early october...'.
You may want to replace 'amongst' with 'between' : I think since there are only two parties involved then 'between' applies best.
That's all I can spot... But I'm not a native !

Is 'completion' some technical jargon? If not, you can't

Is ‘completion’ some technical jargon? If not, you can’t ‘complete’ a defect. Did the work on the pipes happen at some point in time before the inspection? It seems to me that ‘completion’ refers to the inspection and ‘rectified’ to the defect, yet this is not clear in your paragraph. If you answer these questions I will try and rephrase it for you.

Oooops... Missed that one... Good point Jussive... I was about to suggest 'remediation of condensation defect', but it turns out there is no such word as 'remediation', must be some other form of corporate jargon that's rubbing off on me... How about 'correction of condensation defect' ?
