Urgent---ditto!!!

can i say “ditto” just like "so do/am/can i" as a response to "i like chocolate/ i'm a student/ i can swim"?

can i say "ditto" as a response to"i don't like it".

i hate to have to use "me.too" and "me, either" respectively to affirmative statement and negative statement, so i'd like to use "ditto" to answer everything.
