Most of the towns, main road in province have infected the dusty, the rate infected exceeded the TCVN standard which is an increase from 120% To 460%. In the worst cases, such as Phu Ly bridgehead, there- way crossroads 1A and 21A, 63 mechanical areas, Hoa Mac town, Dong Van Town, the dusty exceeded the TCVN 5937 – 2005 standard.

Acid rain

The province is eliminate more toxic air such as SO₂, ***, NOx which make agglomerate acid and cause acid raining. The acid raining have bad environment, health of people’s life. According to Ha eviroment and resource the results of analysis PH concentrations: on 14^th sep 2005: 5.3, on 13rd aug 2006: 5.2 on 30^th nov 2006 and 1^st dec 2006: 4.65-4.83. The acid raining will more effects on province in nearly future.

In 2006, environment and resource department had solved 9 complaints from people about environment infected which is an increase more than that in 2004.

Working environment infected.

The working environment in some manufactories is not standar which have Dustry, noisy, toxic exceeded standard TCVN.

There are 6 manufactories in province is working, in 2010, it will increased by 14. In materials, thera are 252 brick-kilns,60 limes,172 expoiting stones, 3 proximang. In metallurgy and mechanical, there are 14 companies. In food poceessing, there are 34 companies. There are 151 companies used boiler in production.

Ha Nam province have 51 trade villages, including,15 hardicrafts,11 food products, 17 trade garments 1 ,mechanical,1 pottery,1 lime and 5 others. There are 14 of 51 trade villages have bad effects to environment.

Infected air from expoitiong stone.

According to WHO, the dust in expoiting, process and transports stone like: drill min: 0.4 kg dust/tons; transports : 0,17kg/tons; grind: 0,3kg/tons; total dust is 5220 tons. Dust and toxic air had highly effected on Thanh Son, Chau Son and Lien Son village, and others in province.

Air infeceted in boiler of people.

Most of people in Ha province used to combustible trading such as straw, charcoal in boiler. According in environment and resource department, in Ha have: 29962 gas cookers, 140 904 straw cookers. There are 556 000 ton/year straw is used to boile in Ha . When people used straw in their house it will be bad effects to health.

Air infeceted in transports

Ha province is located on the important north-south road with the national highway No. 1A, the north-south railway, highway 21A, highway 21B, highway 38. There are 102 700 km Roads traffic in province. In 2006, As estimated, the demand of transport vehicles will be 87047 cars, 2603 coaches, 70 buses, and 87.047 motorbikes. There are 8.131 m³ gas and 6.824 m³oils used in year.
