Letter Writing

Urgent, Can anyone help me with the grammar and maybe see if it make sense to you. Thanks

This is a self accessment letter I wrote for resume, basically, I am trying to describe what kind of person I am. The goal is to clearly state the information. So, if you will, please help me to see if what I said in the passage will make sense to you through native thinking. my first language is not english. thanks

If there are some grammar errors, please point out as well.

Here is the letter:

I am truly excited when I get the chance to look back at all things I‘ve done in the past a few years. Not only the good but the bad as well.
It seems like certain amount of people tend to ask about the overseas educational experience when they review my resume. In fact, overseas experience only enables me to talk to foreign natives with less barriers compare to domestic student because I know how things work out in their country. However, graduated from a university outside XXX COUNTRY does NOT mean I equipped the “superior” ability over most fresh grads in XXX COUNTRY. But, I do believe I can do anything that anybody else does and complete it well.
I am trying to land myself a job in the manufacturing industry because I appreciate the satisfaction of transferring a prototype into a real product. Plus, manufacturing businesses make considerable and stable profit in XXX COUNTRY. The type of employer I am looking for doesn’t have to be a giant of its kind. But he/she should have enough space for me to make some continuous improvements. Everybody likes the movie ‘’The Lone Ranger”, so do I. But I could not be him in reality, not even in my wildest dreams. When working with others, I am more inclined to reach some kind of mutual agreement with team members as we are moving towards the same goal(s). Consensus will help team collaboration for sure. In most situations, I rely more on careful planning over improvisation. Although I admire practical solutions, I never ignore the necessity of creative ideas. It’s like cooking, even every cook has same ingredients, and they still make different dish. About learning style, imitation and observation are the most efficient ways when I need to learn.
No single one is better than the other, I always want to confirm that my work is perfect, so I tend to perhaps spend a little too much time to check. I keep practicing to ensure everything is completed correctly at first place. I also had some problems in giving a great speech to the public, but I have the ability to convey and perceive the exact information as instructed.
In general, I would say I am a positive and easy-going person.

Thanks again!!!
