To Whom It May Concern:

I have known XXX since 2005 when he joined XXX, a electronic project. He worked on various tasks under my supervision for two years. I have been impressed by both XXX's attitude towards his work and his performance on the job.

He has the analytical skills to diagnose problems and identify viable solutions and that has contributed to the success of the project. Like any other projects, our project faced several challenges during the development and thankfully, due to the dedication of the engineers and managers, we were able to overcome them. During the periods, he made personal sacrifices that allow the project to continue moving forward. He has also shown his ability to work independently as well as in a team.
