Urgent!!

I need your help,English is my second language and I need to write a letter to the chair of my biology departament who then will send it to the dean,who then will send it to the vicepresident on my University , I have never written a fromal letter.this is what I need .to the attention of Dr.Mohammed Y.H.Farooqui,Ph.D. Im gaduating this December,with two major in my biology major i did not meet the criteria to graduate because of my GPA.Since I have already finish my hours for that major.and currently doing better in my second major ,Psychology , Im requesting from you to aprove my graduation since im starting my masters in psychology,I need the Biology major to start working as a High School teacher while im doing my masters,also being the mother of four, University attending Youngters,I need some Income to support us, I have been taking my biology classes since freshman and was not aware that I need it a GPA of 2.5 in order for me to graduate...I think thats all thank you my e-mail is
