Could you help me with this please?

1 The urge to scratch my arm past.

2 You should stop with all the medecine./You should stop taking all the medecine.

3 I'm running low/short on time. I need to hurry up.

I'm short on time/I'm short of time.

2. You should stop taking the medicine. ("All" is unneeded unless you mean take some of the medicine but not all of it.)
